NOV Expands Manufacturing Plant to Better Serve the Market
In a strategic move to enhance market service and meet growing demands, NOV's Fiber Glass Systems business unit (FGS) is expanding its manufacturing capabilities in Waycross, Georgia in the United States.

The expansion primarily supports the demand for Plasti-Fab, an established legacy brand acquired by NOV.
Although Plasti-Fab is well known in the water, environmental, and flow industry, this initiative aims to highlight the diverse and robust offerings of NOV Fiber Glass Systems, proving that NOV is a versatile provider capable of meeting specific industry needs.
A key driver for this expansion is to ensure improved and reduced lead times and better customer satisfaction. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment.
The new Waycross facility, set to begin operations in Q4 2024, will initially focus on producing manholes, flumes, and metering equipment. By Q1 2025, the second phase will include the production of slide gates, heavy duty Titeseal™ gates, and stop logs, with additional products to follow. This expansion will not only replicate the high standards of the original plant in Ridgefield, Washington but also significantly increase overall production capacity.
