Zelensky Reveals 'Victory Plan,' Calls for Urgent NATO Membership

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented a broad description of his five-point "victory plan" to Ukraine's lawmakers on Wednesday, describing the first step as an immediate and unconditional invitation to join NATO and the last being an offer to replace U.S. troops in Europe with Ukrainian units after the war, as The Washington Post reports.

U.S. Warns of Growing North Korean Military Support for Russia's War

The U.S. and its allies are "alarmed" by North Korea's nuclear and missile threats as well as its increasing military support for Russia's war in Ukraine, a senior U.S. official said Wednesday, but couldn't confirm Ukrainian claims that North Korean soldiers were sent to fight for Moscow, as the AP reports.

China Security Group Urges Review of Intel's Chips

An influential Chinese industry group called for a cybersecurity review of Intel's products, threatening to embroil the chip maker in a new round of U.S.-China tension over technology as it contends with other big challenges in its business, as the WSJ reports.
