The 2024 construction season will replace the southbound structure carrying Route 220 over the Fourth Street off ramp and rehabilitated southbound structures over Antlers Lane and the Lycoming Valley Railroad.

Traffic Pattern Changes on Friday, October 4

  • The contractor is preparing to return southbound traffic to the recently completed southbound side of the roadway. Traffic will return to two lanes in each direction Friday afternoon.
  • Motorists should use caution and expect changing traffic conditions.

Week of October 7

  • The contractor will be performing milling and paving of the roadway as well as applying an epoxy overlay on the bridge deck. Additional work includes new guide rail upgrades and other miscellaneous activities.
  • Motorists traveling on Route 220 in both directions should anticipate alternating lane restrictions where work is being performed. Work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, weather pending.
