Leading Irish-based communications agency, 360 has officially become FINN Partners Ireland following its acquisition over two years ago.

The company has also appointed a newly promoted executive leadership team to lead the next stage of the company's growth and development, it was announced today.

Global US-headquartered marketing and communications firm, FINN Partners acquired 360 in December 2021, adding the Irish firm to its international footprint of 35 offices across four continents employing over 1,400 communications professionals.

After a period of team promotions, recruitment, expanded client contracts, and new client wins, the decision to rebrand in full to FINN Partners Ireland and announce a new leadership structure reflects the firm's continued growth and ambitions to further leverage its integrated and strategic communications services in the local market.

New Leadership

Long-standing team members, Sarah Regan, Nuala Ryan and Paddy O'Dea have been promoted to Senior Partner and will lead FINN Partners Ireland, reporting to EMEA Managing Partner, Chantal Bowman-Boyles.

360 Founder, Dan Pender, will step down as local Managing Partner, moving to a new strategic advisory role in the firm.

International wins
