Honda Marine BF350 V8 Outboard Secures Prestigious Industry Accolades for Innovation and Design

Honda Marine announced today that the Honda BF350, the company's all-new, high-power outboard and the first Honda V8 engine available commercially, has secured three industry awards for innovative technology and design. The sleek, new model integrates a host of exclusive, innovative features that deliver premium power and unparalleled performance for an extraordinary boating experience.

The Honda BF350, on sale through the Honda Marine dealer network, is available in several models with a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) starting at $36,338. The engine is backed by the industry-leading Honda True 5 Warranty, a 5-year, non-declining factory warranty that is the same on the last day as it is on the first-with the ability to add protection for an additional three years. Models are available in two color options, Aquamarine Silver and Grand Prix White.

Spotlight on Honda BF350 Accolades
The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), along with an independent judging panel from Boating Writers International (BWI), awarded Honda Marine and the BF350 V8 the International Boat Builder's Exhibition (IBEX) 2024 Innovation Award for outboard engine technology, the industry's highest honor for innovative and technological advancement. The NMMA and BWI presented the Honda Marine team the accolade during the IBEX conference at the Tampa, Florida Convention Center on October 1 as part of a ceremony recognizing manufacturers of boats, engines, and accessories who have brought new products to market.

Boating Industry magazine, a publication serving all segments of the international, professional and recreational boating industry-including dealers, marina owners, distributors, representatives and manufacturers-named the Honda BF350 V8 outboard motor as a recipient of a Top Product of 2024 award. The Boating Industry accolade recognizes the best products for the marine industry, ranging from boats to engines to accessories. Chosen from hundreds of products introduced or significantly updated since January 1, 2023, this year's winners were evaluated and judged for innovation, impact on the marine industry, and how they advance their category overall.

Honda announced that the BF350 was among its products named as a Red Dot Award winner for 2024 in the Product Design category. The Red Dot Award, founded in 1955, is one of the most respected design awards in the world. This is the fifth consecutive year that Honda products have won a Red Dot award.
