Baker McKenzie Austria advises the Kudelski Group on the sale of SKIDATA

Baker McKenzie advises the Kudelski Group, a world leader in digital security solutions, on the sale of SKIDATA to ASSA ABLOY, a global security solutions partner.

Under the leadership of the Kudelski Group, SKIDATA has developed over the past 23 years into a global provider of innovative solutions for the parking and mobility, sports and entertainment sectors. The transaction is part of the Kudelski Group's strategic focus on digital security technologies and solutions for media, IoT and cybersecurity markets. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Closing is expected in the third quarter of 2024.

Baker McKenzie advised Kudelski Group on the sale process, in particular in connection with a comprehensive vendor due diligence.
