Judges Josey-Herring, Broderick, and Morin Seek Senior Status

The D.C. Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure is inviting comments on the qualifications and fitness of D.C. Superior Court Chief Judge Anita Josey-Herring, who is seeking recommendation for an initial appointment as a senior judge of the court upon the expiration of her current term on September 30. Senior Judges Patricia Broderick and Robert Morin, whose current terms also expire in September, are seeking reappointment.

Members of the bench, bar, and general public may submit comments by mail to D.C. Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure, 515 Fifth Street NW, Room 246, Washington, DC 20001, or by email to [email protected]. In addition, comments may be submitted by an online survey. The deadline for comments is August 31.
