The Phillis Wheatley School is the new home for the Cornerstone Crossroads Academy. In celebration of the school's namesake, poet and abolitionist Ms. Phillis Wheatley, the Office of Arts & Culture - Community Arts Division and Code Compliance Services has comissioned a mural. The mural, on an exterior wall and staircase of the school, was designed and painted by artist, Christalyn Peach.
Join us on Friday, August 23rd from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. for the official mural unveiling. Meet Christalyn Peach and enjoy music by TeX. Free food and ice cream, quantities are limited.
