Greenberg Traurig Acts as Counsel in Kraton Corporation’s US$1 Billion Guaranteed Notes Offering

SEOUL - July 16, 2024 - Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, J.P. Morgan, Korea Development Bank, Mizuho, and Standard Chartered Bank as joint lead managers in a debut Rule 144A / Reg. S offering by Kraton Corporation of US$1 billion 5.00% Guaranteed Senior Unsecured Notes due 2027 guaranteed by the Korea Development Bank. The offering priced on July 8 and closed on July 15. The notes were listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Kraton Corporation, based in Houston, Texas, is a leading global sustainable specialty chemicals company that manufactures styrenic block copolymers, specialty polymers, and high-value bio-based products primarily derived from pine wood pulping co-products with 13 global manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, and Asia.

The Korea Development Bank is the leading policy bank of the Korean government providing financing to companies and projects designed to assist Korea's economic growth and development.
