Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR): post-implementation review

The post-implementation review () of Part 3 of the Energy Act 2013 ( 2013) was commissioned in March 2021 by the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (), as required by Section 118 of the 2013. The review concluded in March 2022, and the full report has been laid in Parliament.
