Westside Fog Seal Begins July 16
Beginning Tuesday, July 16, the City's contractor will be fog sealing the chips that were applied this week. The fog seal will seal the roadways and prepare them for installation of the permanent pavement markings. The work is scheduled for July 16 thru July 17, weather permitting.
Travelers can expect lane restrictions and traffic delays and should choose an alternate route if possible. Flaggers will direct motorists, pedestrians and cyclists through the construction areas. Access to driveways may be temporarily disrupted during the fog seal process.
This project is funded with Federal Highway Administration dollars.
