SPECIAL MEETING

There will be a special meeting of the CBRA on Wednesday, October 1, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in the Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street. The purpose of the special meeting is to review the North Lake Street Flats Brownfield Plan and discussion of potential funding concept of a Brownfield Plan for the Local Development Financing Authority (LDFA). The CBRA may transact any additional business by an affirmative vote of a majority of their members.
