Missing 89-Year-Old Male

Los Angeles: The family and friends of John Doo Song, and the Los Angeles Police Department, are requesting the public's assistance in locating him after he was reported missing.

Mr. Song was last seen on July 18, 2024 at an assisted living daycare facility near the 8700 block of West Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles. Song left the location on foot wearing a long sleeve white shirt, navy blue pants, and black running shoes. Song does not have a cell phone and may not have been carrying his identification card. He is described as an 89-year-old male, Asian, with gray hair, and brown eyes. He is 5'10" with a thin build weighing approximately 135 lbs.

The family wants the public to be aware that Song has Alzheimer's, takes medication, and may not be able to identify himself.
