Hope Valley Barracks

On Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 10:40 PM, Troopers arrested Paul Oliveira, age 43, of 673 Washington Street, Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs- 1st Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test 3.) Disorderly Conduct, 4.) Destruction of State Property, 5.) Vandalism. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. Oliveira was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.

On Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested, Jason Ruiz, age 26, of 16 Lucas Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving With a Suspended License- Special Circumstances. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop of Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. Ruiz was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace as a bail violator then transported to the Adult Correctional Institute- Men's Intake Center.

On Sunday, September 29, 2024 at 1:07 AM, Troopers arrested Anthony Decena, age 42, of 158 Lonsdale Main Street, Lincoln, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs- B.A.C. 0.08 to 0.1 (Phase I: 0.089% & Phase II: 0.085%) - 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Decena was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
