Quest Diagnostics Completes Senior Notes Offerings

Fried Frank acted as counsel to J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as representatives of the underwriters, in Quest Diagnostics Incorporated's offering of $1.85 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes comprised of (i) US$400 million of 4.600% senior notes due 2027, (ii) US$600 million of 4.625% senior notes due 2029 and (iii) US$850 million of 5.000% senior notes due 2034. Quest Diagnostics provides diagnostic information and clinical testing services through its network of laboratories and patient service centers.
