Academic year overview Radboud Teaching and Learning Centre

Radboud Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC) is a network of teachers and education professionals working together on educational innovation, educational research and teacher development and well-being. Learning with and from each other is central to this. To provide insight into the efforts and impact made by the TLC in academic year 2023/2024, TLC publishes an annual overview.
Since its establishment in January 2020, TLC has been building an educational community in which continuous development is central and where we offer students and staff a rich and safe learning and working environment. For example, we encourage innovation and research in education with vouchers and we organise The Education Days every year, the educational inspiration event for and with teachers in the region.

Realising the educational vision of Radboud University together
In autumn 2023, the Executive Board adopted the new educational vision Academic, Personal and Sustainable. This vision forms a common starting point and is a guideline for the continuous development of our education. At the request of the Executive Board, faculties are currently elaborating the educational vision into their educational practices.
With its projects and activities, Radboud Teaching and Learning Centre embraces the new educational vision and challenges everyone within Radboud University to also think about how they can contribute to realising the educational vision. TLC lends a helping hand and is willing to act as a critical friend in translating the educational vision into working practice. If you need a sparring partner, please email TLC [at] ru.nl.
