ESG reporting is mandatory for most large companies, yet many struggle to harness its full potential. This abstract explores how AI can transform ESG data into actionable insights. By combining AVEVA CONNECT, Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, and Microsoft Fabric, organizations can unify their data estate, optimize operations, mitigate risks, and achieve long-term financial growth. This integrated solution empowers businesses to meet ESG reporting requirements while driving sustainability initiatives forward. From regulation to operationalization, Capgemini decodes ESG policies for customers, designs and executes roadmap for sustainability transformation. With their engineering know how they apply sustainable strategies to operations by implementing solutions on AVEVA Connect platform and Microsoft Sustainability Manager - with outcomes such as reduced energy consumption of a manufacturing process. Value chain collaboration is crucial for more effective Sustainability strategies: data sharing across ecosystem allows real end to end optimization. Let's hear from ADEME on the creation of a framework for the analysis of transition plans (ACT method) and how it has contributed directly to the development of EFRAG's work on ESRS, and it will be able to shed light on how to prepare for them and what benefits for early adopters.
