Wyden, Merkley Statement on Senate Confirmation of Magistrate Mustafa Kasubhai to U.S. District Court in Oregon

Washington, D.C. - U.S. Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley issued the following statement after the U.S. Senate voted today to confirm Magistrate Mustafa Kasubhai's nomination to the U.S. District Court.
