Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:13 AM, Troopers arrested Stephano Black, age 32, of 37 West Friendship Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving/Eluding 2nd Subsequent Offense (3 counts), 4.) Forgery and Counterfeiting in General, 5. Domestic Disorderly Conduct 6.) Domestic - Malicious Injury/Damage to Property 7.) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty (2 counts), 9.) Driving with Suspended/Cancelled/Revoked License 4th Subsequent Offense, 10.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates, 11.) Giving False Document to an Agency/Public Official 12.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the East Greenwich Police Department, 13.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks, and 14.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Driving Without Consent of Owner originating out of Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Troopers locating Mr. Black at his residence. Mr. Black was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment where he was presented as a bail and probation violator.

At 3:03 AM, Troopers arrested Jaylon Butler, age 32, of 201 Rogers Lane, Middletown, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer and 2.) Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License - 4th Offense. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court.
