Pitt’s United Way Campaign is back

Pitt's United Way Campaign has returned for another year of giving and impact - and there's a new benefit for those who donate.

Employees who pledge a new payroll deduction or confirm their payroll deduction between Oct. 1 through Nov. 15 will receive a free ticket for an experiences raffle. The raffle drawing will be held on Nov. 21.

Through April 2025, students, faculty and staff across Pitt's campuses are encouraged to support the United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania by donating time or resources. Here's how to donate through vacation time (PDF) or payroll deduction.

For decades, the region's chapter of the United Way has collaborated with local programs and agencies to deliver health, education and economic mobility-driven solutions to struggling children, seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, women and families.
