This Post-Effective Amendment to the Registration Statement on Form N-1A is filed pursuant to Rule 485(b)(1)(iii) for the sole purpose of designating August 22, 2024 as the new effective date for Post-Effective Amendment No. 466 to the Registration Statement filed on May 24, 2024, for The Cook & Bynum Fund.
