Director-General of the Department of International Organizations gave a talk on the Summit of the Future at SusTrends 2025 organized by The Cloud

On 5 September 2024, Ms. Pinsuda Jayanama, Director-General of the Department of International Organizations, gave a talk on the Summit of the Future at SusTrends 2025 event, organized by The Cloud at Benchakitti Forest Park Museum. The talk focused on the role of Thai diplomacy in driving sustainable development and the Summit of the Future, which is scheduled to take place during the High Level Week of the 79th UN General Assembly on 22-23 September 2024.

The Summit of the Future will be an opportunity for all countries and stakeholders to accelerate the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 through 60 actions outlined in the Pact for the Future and step up cooperation to meet with present and future challenges in 5 thematic areas: peace and security, economic development and sustainable development, science and technology and innovation, youth and future generations and global governance.

Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) also participated in SusTrends 2025 to showcase of Thailand's partnership on sustainable development with various countries.
