Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 1:30 PM, Troopers arrested Adia Dulin, age 26, of 43 Sheridan Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hawkins Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.

At 10:43 PM, Troopers arrested Jinsear Ramsdell, age 23, of 25 Suffolk Street Apt #2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates, and 2.) Giving False Documents to a Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
