We promote two corporate lawyers to the partnership in Australia


Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright announced that two lawyers have been promoted to the partnership in Australia: Rohan Sridhar (Melbourne) and Vanessa Ward (Sydney). The appointments are from 1 January 2025.

Rohan Sridhar

Rohan is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Melbourne. He focuses on life sciences transactions, including a broad range of regulatory advice. In the life sciences sector, Rohan works closely with clients ranging from start-up businesses to multinational companies. His practice focuses on product commercialisation, including access to intellectual property, fundraising, clinical trials, registration, reimbursement, supply and distribution, marketing and promotion, and recalls. He also advises on privacy-related issues in the sector, particularly in relation to patient health data.

Rohan also advises government, particularly in relation to procurement and outsourcing agreements.

Vanessa Ward

Vanessa is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Sydney. She regularly acts for companies, funds, large institutional investors and government departments on a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory matters and has a particular interest in the financial institutions, energy, infrastructure and resource sectors.

Vanessa has a wealth of experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic divestments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and private equity transactions. Prior to joining the Sydney office in 2022, she spent several years in our London office advising clients on complex international deals.
