The event started with a reception for the guests and the introduction of the new Chief Sales Officer, Roberto Acauan. The first lecture of the day was about New Business and leases, with the CEO, Aurélio Pavinato. Then the Chief Procurement, Mechanization and Seed Business Officer, Gustavo Lunardi, talked about Seeds and explained the operation from processing to sale. The third lecture addressed the status of the harvest, the potential of the pasture area in Brazil, and the suitability for conversion of pasture; it was presented by the Chief Operations Officer, Leonardo Celini. Afterwards, the Head of Innovation and Strategic Planning Management, Frederico Logemann, talked about Innovation. The seal is granted to companies that present at public meetings of the association on a continuous basis.

In the third station, called Take-up, it was possible to see in detail the cotton classification process.
