Kirkland Counsels Magnolia Oil & Gas on $400M Senior Notes Offering

Kirkland & Ellis advised Magnolia Oil & Gas Corporation (NYSE: MGY), an oil and gas exploration and production company, on its private offering of senior notes of an aggregate principal amount of $400 million.
