On November 4, 2024, James Marcuccilli resigned from the Steel Dynamics, Inc. (the "Company") Board of Directors (the "Board") and from his positions as a member of the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board. His decision to resign is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
