2025 LACERS OPEN ENROLLMENT COMING SOON: OCTOBER 15 THROUGH NOVEMBER 18, 2024
LACERS Health Benefits Open Enrollment will be held from October 15 - November 18, 2024. This is your opportunity to enroll, make changes, or add eligible dependents to your LACERS medical or dental plan, with changes becoming effective January 1, 2025. If you do not wish to make changes, no action is required.
Open Enrollment packets will be mailed in early October.
If you do not receive your Open Enrollment packet by October 16 or would like a hard copy of the Health Benefits Guide mailed to you, please email [email protected] and include in the subject line: "Requesting 2025 Health Benefits Guide". You may also contact LACERS at (800) 779-8328. Please allow seven business days for the guide to arrive via U.S. mail

If you are considering changing your health or dental plan, LACERS encourages you to attend an Open Enrollment meeting to learn more about benefit plan options and ask questions directly to LACERS and plan carrier representatives. Register through your MyLACERS account or by calling LACERS. Space is limited, so register now!
