Global Cloud-Based Services Platform Vercara to be Acquired by DigiCert

Paul, Weiss is advising Golden Gate Capital and its global cloud-based security platform Vercara in DigiCert's acquisition of Vercara. The transaction is expected to close in 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal will further bolster Vercara's dedication to securing the online experience and building digital trust and will help position customers for continued success in operating increasingly complex enterprises.
