Development Could Bring Connectivity

Proposed expansion in a local business park could bring pedestrian improvements to the Township.

Plans seek the construction of two buildings - a warehouse/office space and a distribution warehouse center - in Cranberry Business Park along West Kensinger Drive. The buildings are 21,000 and 72,000 square feet, respectively.

As part of the project, sidewalks would be installed along West Kensinger Drive and Unionville Road to link with existing sidewalks. The Board of Supervisors will consider the matter at the August 1 meeting.
