Aug. 13 ASD Cross District Inservice on Campus

The Anchorage School District (ASD) will host their cross-district inservice at UAA on Tuesday, Aug. 13, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Approximately 1,700 teachers will use our classroom and auditorium spaces as they prepare for the upcoming academic year.

Please be aware there will be increased foot traffic and cars parked in UAA lots. Community members are also hosting a Welcome Back Rally to show their support of educators from 7:30-8:15 a.m. They intend to stage at the UAA/Providence cross streets by the UAA/APU Consortium Library and at the entrances by the Wendy Williamson Auditorium and King Tech High School. In addition, food trucks will be in the Cuddy Quad over the lunch hour to help accommodate the group.
