Suspect Wanted For Bank Fraud

New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a suspect wanted for bank fraud, forgery, and theft (all are felony crimes).

Wanted is Erin Foley (pictured), White female, DOB 04/25/1984.

According to investigators, on July 2, 2024 Erin Foley deposited a fraudulent check at a bank in the 3300 block of Canal Street. A short time later, she entered another branch of the bank in the 700 block of Poydras Street and withdrew most of the funds in the account from the fraudulent check. The bank later realized the check was fraudulent and called police.
