DCCC, DNC, and DSCC Chairs Tout Democrats’ Strong Position, Mark One Month Until Election Day

Today, the DCCC, DNC, and DSCC hosted a press call featuring DCCC Chair Rep. Suzan DelBene, DNC Chair Jaime Harrison, and DSCC Chair Sen. Gary Peters marking one month out from Election Day and highlighting the energy and infrastructure boosting Vice President Kamala Harris, Governor Tim Walz, and Democrats across the country in the final sprint to November.

Democrats are running on a winning agenda of protecting freedoms, lowering costs, and charting a new way forward, in sharp contrast to the MAGA GOP's plans to roll back our freedoms, rig the economy for those at the top, and drag us backward. Democratic candidates across the ballot are poised for victory in November as we continue to out-raise and out-organize Republicans.

Find highlights from the press call below:

Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Chair Suzan DelBene said:

"As more voters tune into the election in the coming weeks, they are going to hear from us about how Republicans, despite holding the majority, have done nothing to deliver for working families. We're going to make sure voters remember how House Republicans wasted their two years with nothing but chaos and dysfunction. This election is fundamentally about our rights, our freedoms, and our democracy - and with so much on the line, we will ensure that House Republicans are held accountable for their do-nothing Congress and that Democrats retake the majority."

Democratic National Committee Chair Jaime Harrison said:

"When I became Chair of the DNC, I committed to a 50 state strategy. And I'm proud to say we've taken that commitment to the next level - rounding out our mission to send electoral investments to all 57 states and territories to bolster down-ballot races in a single cycle. Everywhere Democrats are on the ballot this November - from the school board to the White House - we're fighting to win.

"The Democratic National Committee, alongside the Harris campaign, delivered nearly $25 million in funding to our sister committees for down-ballot races in November to boost on-the-ground organizing power to bolster voter protection efforts.

"When we elect Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, they're going to need strong partners on the Hill to deliver a winning agenda for the American people. When we all fight together, we all win together."

Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Chair Sen. Gary Peters said:

"How we won last cycle is what we're doing in our Senate races again this cycle - and it all starts first and foremost with candidate quality. It's about a choice that voters have when they go into the election booth. If you look at the quality difference between our Democratic incumbents and candidates versus the Republicans that are on the ballot, it's very clear. I like to put it on a spectrum…of where our Republican candidates are. It starts at flawed, and it moves to very flawed. And most of them are all pushing the limit on the very flawed aspect of it.

"We've made significant investments into all of our incumbent states to make sure that we hold them, but I'm happy to say we're also going on the offense. We have very real opportunities in both Texas and Florida. We most recently announced a multi-million dollar investment from the DSCC into both of those states. If you look at those two states, our challengers are running against unpopular Republican incumbents who have very weak polling, and right now, our challengers are surging. We've got momentum."
