Ai Group intervenes in applications for regulated labour hire arrangement orders

The Fair Work Commission has granted Ai Group leave to intervene in 13 applications for regulated labour hire arrangement orders concerning various BHP coal mines in Queensland. The Commission is dealing with all applications together. On 10 December 2024, Ai Group filed a submission in relation to matters of legal or general principle arising in the matters.
