PSC Assists Seniors in Orange County During Older Americans Month

TALLAHASSEE - During May's Older Americans Month 2024 (OAM), the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) is visiting senior centers across Florida. On Monday, May 13, and Tuesday, May 14, PSC staff will assist seniors in Orange County.

This year's OAM theme, Powered by Connection, is an opportunity for the PSC to connect with seniors to share water and energy conservation strategies to lower utility bills, tips to avoid scams targeting utility customers, and qualifications to apply for the Lifeline Assistance telephone/broadband discount program.

The PSC's Orange County events are scheduled for the following times and locations:
