The City of Garden Grove is seeking a qualified program operator to provide technical assistance and business support to microenterprises in Garden Grove. Through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process, organizations with demonstrated skills and experience providing services to low- and moderate-income individuals, who wish to either expand or establish their own microenterprise, are invited to submit a proposal for consideration by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at https://ggcity.org/neighborhood-improvement/hud-rfp.
