Maria Lvova-Belova continues to work on reuniting children with their families

Artyom, who is nine years old, and Mikhail, who is seven, have returned to Russia while a group of seven children aged from six to 16, six boys and a girl, have reunited with their relatives in Ukraine.

The reunification is assisted by Qatar, whose representatives take part in negotiations with the Ukrainian side, accompany children and their relatives, and cover transport and other expenses. The International Committee of the Red Cross, regional children's rights commissioners and specialised agencies are also helping to reunite children with their relatives.

In total, 15 children from 10 families have reunited with their relatives in Russia and 87 children from 69 families have reunited with their relatives in Ukraine and other countries with the assistance of the Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights.
