Board of Review Assessment Appeals due October 17th

The Board of Review window is currently open for Assessment Appeals. Paperwork for appeals is due Thurs. Oct. 17th. Please refer to How to File an Assessment Appeal for instructions or call the Supervisor of Assessments office at 815-772-5195.

2024 Assessment Publications

Only the properties that the Township Assessor made a change in the assessed value and those Townships that had a quadrennial reassessment: Ustick, Clyde, Union Grove, Mt. Pleasant, Lyndon & Prophetstown Townships will be published. Those properties that increased only due to the township factor are not published, only the Township factor is published.
