NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION
LAS 35231
Pursuant to AS 46.15.133 and 11 AAC 93.080, notice is hereby given that Oberts River View Estates HOA, 2755 Setnet Court, Kenai, Alaska 99611 applied for a permit to appropriate water on August 29, 2024 (Priority Date). The application proposes the following:
The withdrawal of 14,000 gallons per day (gpd) from January 1stthrough December 31steach year from a drilled well 137 feet in depth located within Tract A, Oberts River View Estates Subdivision, Plat No. 2003-10, recorded in the Kenai Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska.
The proposed purpose of use is a public water supply for Oberts River View Estates.
The proposed place of use is the Oberts River View Estates. Said property being located within Section 19, Township 5 North, Range 10 West, Seward Meridian.
Per AS 46.15.133 (a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections. Comments or objections must be made in writing to the above listed address or to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. October 11, 2024. Objection must include the objector's name and address, and any facts tending to show that the rights of the objector or the public interest would be adversely affected by the proposed appropriation.
