Mandatory Water Conservation Measures
Beginning Monday, August 5, Valley Center will enact mandatory water restrictions. This means that all water users - residential, commercial, and wholesale - are restricted to once-a-week outdoor water usage depending on address.
Residents on well water or who use well water for irrigation are encouraged to continue to conserve water but are exempt from outdoor watering restrictions.
