Scituate Barracks

On Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 2:48 PM, Troopers arrested Peter Murphy, age 40, of 54 Pine Street, Apartment 1, Taunton, Massachusetts, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - .15 or Greater - First Offense (Phase I: .281; Phase II: .265). The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 in the Town of Cumberland. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to custody of a responsible adult.

On Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 5:15 PM, Troopers arrested Jonathan Fahey, age 50, of 5 Spur Road, Foster, Rhode Island for Obtaining Property/Money Under False Pretenses - Over $1,500. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject turning himself in at State Police Headquarters. The subject was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.

On Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 12:20 AM, Troopers arrested Jovantey Mendes, age 30, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for an affidavit and arrest warrant out of the West Warwick Police Department for Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment. This arrest resulted from a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing before being turned over to the West Warwick Police Department.
