Town of Clifton Park - Woodhaven Corporate Commerce Shovel Ready Site Plan

Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Town of Clifton Park Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Woodhaven Corporate Commerce Shovel Ready Site Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by Woodhaven Land Partners LLC to develop the existing 90.40 acre property under site plan review and approvals. The build-out plans will consist of one and two-story commercial buildings with a total of 100,000 square foot and approximately 230 parking spaces with travel surfaces. The proposed area of disturbance is approximately 9.80 acres, and approximately 5.39 acres of impervious area will be added to the site. The current site plan is only for constructing the private driveway and extending utilities into the site. Planning Board site plan review is required for the future development of each pad site. The project is located at 587 Waite Road in the Town of Clifton Park, New York.
