State Police arrest three following Moreau Trespass Complaint

On August 4, 2024, State Police of Wilton arrested Carolyn M. Fox, 36, of Glens Falls, NY, Alfred J. Hall, 42, of Gansevoort, NY, and Jeremy M. Jock, 39, of Gansevoort, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the fifth degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree.

On August 4, 2024, at about 9:38 p.m., State Police responded to the area of Redmond Road in Gansevoort, NY, for the reports of a trespass. Trooper patrolled to the location and discovered Fox, Jock, and Hall in a vehicle on a condemned posted property that did not belong to them, without permission. Further investigation discovered felony-weight narcotics and a glass smoking device containing drug residue inside the vehicle.

All three were arrested and transported to SP Wilton for processing. They were then arraigned at the Moreau Town Court and released on their own recognizance.
