Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 10:42 AM, Troopers arrested Zobrayah Peterson, age 26, of 92 General Street Apartment 1A, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Failure to Stop for an Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of Capitol Police having the subject in custody at the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.

At 1:40 PM, Troopers arrested Nancy Bolarinho, age 46, of 212 Ohio Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Forgery, Counterfeiting, and Larceny (Under $1,500) originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to the Lincoln Police Department.

At 1:45 PM, Troopers arrested Benjamin Fry, age 44, of 142 Warrington Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Larceny (Under $1,500) originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to the North Providence Police Department.

At 9:12 PM, Troopers arrested Ezell Patterson, age 31, of 901 Ballard Street, Apartment C Altamonte Springs, Florida, for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer in the Execution of Duty; 2.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest; 3.) Weapons Other Than Firearms Prohibited; 4.) Disorderly Conduct; and 5.) Fugitive from Justice originating out of De Soto County Sheriff's Office, Florida, for Violation of Conditions of Releases on the original charges of Trafficking Illegal Drugs and Possession of a Firearm During a Felony. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop and subsequent foot pursuit on Humes Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

At 1:26 AM, Troopers arrested Michael Violette, age 31, of 17 Youngs Avenue West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Reckless Driving, 2.) Obstruction of an Officer in Execution of his Duties, and 3.) Resisting Arrest. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth District Court date.

At 2:00 AM, Troopers arrested Elido Salcedo-Villar, age 48, of 158 Terrace Avenue Apt. 2 Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs - 1st offense - BAC unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 2:31 AM, Troopers arrested Braulio Castillo, age 25, of 146 Heath Street Apt. 63 Boston, Massachusetts, for Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released with a future Sixth District Court date.
