iCare Health Solutions Acquires Beraja Medical Group

MIAMI - iCare Health Solutions, a VSP Vision^™ company, announced today it has acquired Beraja Medical Group. A leading provider of comprehensive ophthalmology and optometry care in Florida, Beraja Medical Group will continue to operate as it does today, but now as part of iCare Health Solutions, the largest integrated eye care provider in the State of Florida.

Based in Coral Gables, Florida, Beraja Medical Group has served the region for over 35 years through its clinic and state-of-the-art surgical center. It provides a full spectrum of eye care services, including cataract surgery and other surgical treatments as well as routine eye exams and operates optical and contact lens departments.

All doctors and staff will continue in their respective roles.
