Wickford Barracks

At 10:30 AM, Troopers arrested Norman J. Landry, age 44, of 54 Privet Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Threats to Public Officials, 2.) Obstruction of the Judicial System, originating out of the Wickford Barracks. The arrest was a result of a barracks investigation and subject being located at his residence. Landry was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court pending arraignment.
