Wickford Barracks

At 9:58 AM, Troopers arrested Ryan Glenn, age 20, of 103 Browns Farm Drive, Kingston, Rhode Island, for Eluding Officer, Reckless Driving, High Speed Pursuit - First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 South in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment to be presented as a probation violator.

At 12:09 AM, Troopers arrested Shirley Castillo, age 30, of 222 Park View Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - Second Offense with a BAC .08 to .15 (Phase I BAC = .127, Phase II BAC = .131). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road, in the City of Warwick. Castillo was processed at Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future Third Division District Court date.
