On July 25, 2024, The South Florida Business Journal revealed their prestigious 40 Under 40 Class of 2024, spotlighting influential young professionals in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
Emanuel Perry has been duly recognized as an honoree for this esteemed program, celebrating his exceptional leadership, business prowess, and impactful community involvement.

The 40 Under 40 Awards distinguish 40 rising stars in our local business landscape who have exemplified remarkable success and dedication before reaching their 40th birthday.

In his leadership role in tourism, Palm Beach County welcomed a record number 9.5 million visitors in 2023 generating an economic impact of $10.3 billion to the economy, resulting in a record number $84 million in Tourist Development Tax (TDT), also called "bed taxes" collected in FY23 and supporting 96,000 jobs.
He also provides strategic direction for one of the largest industries in Palm Beach County through the contractual oversight of Discover the Palm Beaches, Cultural Council for Palm Beach County, Palm Beach County Sports Commission, Palm Beach County Film and Television Commission and Palm Beach County Convention Center.

Emanuel represents the epitome of excellence as an Executive, Innovator, and Business Leader. His remarkable achievements not only elevate Palm Beach County, but also enrich our community, embodying the future of business leadership in our region.
