Leading From Where You Are Certificate Program

Leading From Where You Are is a seven-session online certificate program designed for the leadership development of all employees regardless of status, classification, or title; the program is recommended for all employees! The interactive nature of the program will encourage participants to engage with the material, share experiences, and learn from each other. A combination of required readings, independent assignments, discussions, virtual facilitated group sessions, and online presentations will be employed to facilitate learning.

The Fall 2024 Cohort will meet seven times on Friday mornings, 10 am - 11:30 am Eastern time, from September 13 - November 1 (excluding 10/11). Registration is through K@TE (you may need to log in to K@TE first and then re-click the registration link).
