Our win at 12th CII-IQ National Excellence Practice Competition 2024

In August 2024, our Motors Production team participated and won the Gold-level recognition at the 12th CII-IQ* National Excellence Practice Competition 2024.

The competition was held virtually, and we competed in the Production/Operations category against 15 other teams, and presented on the topic, Improving flow and reducing lead time using innovative technologies and Theory of Constraints philosophy.

Our presentation featured two case studies that demonstrated the importance of optimising flow within manufacturing systems to minimize lead time, winning accolades from the Jury.
